We are a business built on meaningful human connection.
Let us draw from the power of human connection to support those in need — together we can.
We believe we have a responsibility to our employee community. While we can’t predict the future, or know exactly how we’ll respond to the unknown challenges ahead, we will judge ourselves on how we handle those difficulties and what we do for others. We are committed to using our resources to support our staff through this perilous time.
For monthly members, you will not be billed for any period of our closure. Upon reopening, prorated dues will be charged for the period between reopening and the next billing. Credit carried forward from March will be applied to prorated dues and any remaining credit will be applied to the next billing. All credits, prorated dues, and billings will be automatic and do not require any action.
For prepaid members, the expiration of your prepaid membership will be extended by the period of time that we are closed.
We are absolutely blown away.
In the wake of closing, we have received an outpouring of requests from this incredible community, from individuals who would like to continue monthly billing of their membership in order to support our staff and our business. While we are resolute that the job security and wellbeing of our employees is our responsibility, and of the utmost importance to us, we also cannot predict or fend off the challenges and hardships for our business ahead. For those who wish to continue their billing we would — with humility and tremendous gratitude — accept this help, furthering our ability to ensure jobs and wages for as long as possible. We would use all billing dues to pay our employees.
If you would like to continue billing, please fill out your name on the following page.
Thank you for helping our staff, and for helping to build a brighter Bouldering Project community in the future.
Together we will come out stronger.
